CDigital successfully executed the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of high-capacity solar power systems across three major campuses of the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR)—in Lahore, Peshawar, and Karachi. The turnkey project included the deployment of 1.2 MW, 0.5 MW, and 1.3 MW solar power systems respectively, each tailored to meet the energy needs of the regional facilities while ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainable output.
This initiative marks a significant step toward energy independence and operational sustainability for PCSIR. By transitioning to clean, renewable energy, the organization now benefits from substantial cost savings, reduced dependency on the national grid, and a lower carbon footprint. The continuous and reliable power supply also enhances research productivity, prevents equipment downtime, and aligns with Pakistan’s broader green energy goals. This transformation not only reinforces PCSIR’s commitment to innovation but also sets a benchmark for public sector institutions adopting environmentally responsible energy solutions.
